Pre-order & Shipping Policy

We are always working to bring the best, most unique and newest products to the market and as such, some of our products are only available for pre-order.

For pre-orders you may choose to either:
• Pay in full at the time of pre-order, or
• Place a deposit to reserve your figure.

Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as the item is being made specifically for your order. However, you can cancel your pre-order before production starts with no questions asked. We will notify you via email when your figure is about to enter production, giving you the chance to make any changes before it’s too late. 
Please note that all release dates for pre-orders are estimates and they can vary based on the item. We do our best to keep those estimates current, and we’ll update product pages or email you in the rare event of a delay.

Please note that while we strive for accuracy, final production versions of figures may differ slightly from prototype images. If there are any noticeable changes, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.

Shipping Information
• In-stock items are typically shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on order volume.
• Pre-order items will be shipped once they are released. Please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated arrival windows.

If your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, we will ship the items separately, but please note:
Because our system calculates shipping costs based on your full order, we are unable to accept cancellations for the pre-order item after the in-stock portion has shipped.
If you prefer to avoid this, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Tracking and International Orders
After placing an order and once the item is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking number. In special circumstances, tracking numbers may not be available. International orders may take longer to arrive depending on customs and carrier processing in your country.
