Return & Refund Policy
We care deeply about our craft as much as we care about our customers’ satisfaction. We strive to provide the best possible product, However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund to the original payment method. Here is how the process works:
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached and in their original packaging. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to damages on the product’s packaging due to shipping.
The shipping cost will not be refunded unless you were sent a wrong or damaged item. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the email below within seven (7) days from receiving the damaged item to arrange a refund. Please note, a prepaid return label will only be provided if the wrong item was sent, or the item was damaged in transit. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges otherwise.
If you decide to return an item, please email our team at [email protected] to obtain the needed authorization, further instructions will be provided. At the moment, we are unable to perform any exchanges.
Once we receive your return, the condition of your item will be inspected and if applicable we will process your refund. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
